My PhD thesis revolves around characterizing neurons that control reflexes in the brainstem. I am a student through Brown University with a neuroscience undergraduate degree from University of Washington, Seattle.

Writing
My research experiences include studying cell regeneration in zebrafish, to food intake in mice, to information processing in monkeys. These experiences have provided me with a breadth of knowledge that guide my writing.

Art
I like to play with a range of art mediums, from digital paintings to acrylic on canvas to embroidering. My art often revolve around a scientific theme.
